Jill Tirone founded VAMatrix Virtual Assistance in 2008. Jill provides marketing and administrative support to dance studios, fitness centers, dance companies, and small businesses. She helps her clients reach their goals by providing assistance during busy seasons as well as with the day-to-day operation of their businesses.

For over 20 years, Jill has built a solid reputation as a dedicated, hard-working professional. Graduating magna cum laude from The University of New York at Buffalo with a B.A. in Dance Education as well as earning an A.A.S. in Office Technology from Genesee Community College, Jill combines years of teaching, marketing, and administrative experience to provide her clients with creative solutions and superior customer service.

The blending of her artistic and administrative backgrounds gives her a unique advantage. As a dance teacher, Jill knows what it takes to schedule classes, run rehearsals, and direct shows. She also knows how hard it is to juggle all the details during those times.

Jill's expertise includes, but is not limited to, creating and executing marketing plans, design and implementation of websites, brochures, recital programs, and advertisements, as well as general business management and administration.
