Online Review Sites and Your Dance Studio Reputation

Managing your online reputation is key in this mobile age. Especially with all of the ease of access people have to review sites like: Yelp, Google Places, Merchant Circle and more.

As the leader and owner of your dance studio, now is the time to be involved in managing your online reputation. Know what's being said about you!

You can't (and won't!) make everyone happy all of the time, however there are effective ways, when necessary to respond. Most review sites give some of their own tips on how to respond as the owner. It's up to you to decide when a complaint or negative review warrants a polite reply.

There are times when you just want to let negativity be, without reply, and you'll find your raving fans will often share what they love about you. Always maintain professionalism by put your best foot forward when representing your business online.
