some of our most common questions that we are asked by visitors and
current members. If you can't find the answer to your specific
question, contact us and we'd be happy to help. We want you to have an

I can't
remember what e-mail address I used or my username what can I do?
I
received a message that my account has been locked for 24 hours because
of a dual log-in. Why did this happen?
Can
I renew my membership over the phone or online?
I
would like to upgrade to the Annual Plan, can I do that?
How
can I find out my username and password if I forgot them?
Where
can I change my personal information such as mailing address, e-mail
address, credit card details and website login name?
Q: I can't remember what
e-mail address I used or my username, what can I do?
We can look up your account in one of three simple ways, by
your last name, your email address or by the chosen username you
selected when you registered as a member. You can send an email to webmaster@dancestudioowner.com or call us at 1-800-579-1805
and we will get back to you within 1 business day or less to help you.
Q:
I received a message that my account has been locked for 24 hours
because of a dual log-in. Why did this happen?
The site
will detect a simultaneous log-in on two different computers of one
member's account, and automatically locks the account. This protects
users from anyone fraudulently using their account, and it protects
Dance Studio Owner from members sharing their accounts. If you log in
from your smart phone, log out before logging into your computer. Or if
you are using two computers in your office, log out of one before
logging into the other one.
Q:
Can I renew my membership over the phone or online?
A: Yes.
Online you can
click here and
just follow the instructions. A "renewal" button is also available on
our website. If you wish to renew by phone, please call 1-800-579-1805.
We cannot process new memberships by phone, only renewals.
Q:
I would like to upgrade to the Annual Plan, can I do that?
A: Yes, you can. You can upgrade
to a premium membership by going to the subscription page, choose the
new membership
level you would like and select 'Yes' in the 'Is this a renewal box?'
You will be upgraded to the new plan and you will be credited for the
unused time on the old plan. You can also call us at 1-800-579-1805 and
we can upgrade you by phone.

How can I find out my username
and password if I forgot them?
A: Please
visit the following link:
Member Area and you can enter your email address in the "Forgotten
Password" are and you will be emailed your username and password
immediately.
Q:
Where can I change my personal
information such as mailing address, e-mail address, credit card
details and website login name?
A: First you
need to log into the
Dance Studio Owner website using your username and password. On the
homepage scroll down to the "Resources" section on the left side. Click
on "Your Account". Scroll down and select what you wish to change, then
re-enter your password. Your entire profile should appear on screen.
Remember to click on the "Update" button at the bottom of the page
after you have changed your information.
